"I was apprehensive to start a nutrition program....would
it be too hard to follow, would I have to eat food I don't like, would I stick with it? For many years, as a type 2 diabetic, my relationship with food has been difficult to manage, mostly because I've never seen a sweet I didn't want to eat.
Being in this program has changed things for me. In the past I've tried to make plans to eat healthier on my own with no accountability and I've always failed. This time, not only did I make it through the six weeks of the program, but I am STILL following the program and building on the habits I gained.
Coach Sadie has put together a great program for anyone who wants to actively work on making themselves healthier. It's very easy to follow and she is always available to answer questions, offer guidance and encouragement.
The daily tasks are very easy to complete, and the resources provided are extensive and cover a wide range of topics – for EVERY kind of eater – gluten free, dairy free etc. My favourite lesson was on one of the first days – Progress not perfection. That’s the lesson I concentrated most on throughout. It became my mantra. When I made convenient decisions that might not have been the healthiest, I didn’t quit, I didn’t get discouraged. I just carried on knowing that one meal/day of not so good choices didn’t negate all the work I’d done.
I feel a lot healthier and way more in tune with my eating habits after participating in this program. I have saved money by planning better and wasting less food. I’m glad I decided to participate. I don’t regret it at all and neither will you – it’s hard to take that first step but it’s 100% worth taking."

No! Built By Grit focuses on balanced, sustainable nutrition principles rather than restrictive dieting. You'll learn how to make healthier food choices without feeling deprived.
4. Will there be support during the program?
